¨ Pre-screens potential applications;
¨ Determines market viability of applications;
¨ Keeps a check on investments to find if serious marketing problems exist;
¨ Provides marketing consultancy advice to investments with serious marketing problems;
¨ Conducts industry sector studies as and when the need is identified and isolates if opportunities for additional investment in the sector exits;
¨ Also assists in the training and development of Saudi Analysts & Assistant Analysts in marketing skills.
OCCASIONAL SPECIAL PROJECTS:
¨ He may be asked by the Manager to assist in carrying out other tasks where his marketing and specialist expertise would prove of value to the Fund.
DECISION AUTHORITY:
¨ Initiation of project recommendation on marketing grounds.
¨ Recommendation for dealing with problems loans or industries from the marketing side.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Past Employment Experience(s):
At least 7 years of Marketing or marketing/Sales experience (if specialist required, at least 5 years in the specialization)
Academic Background:
¨ Graduate degree in Business related subjects; (If specialist required, a suitable degree relating to that specialization)
¨ Marketing (and preferably sales) formal courses.
Language Skills:
¨ Verbal and written fluency in English.
¨ Knowledge of other international languages is desirable.
