Norm LLC is embarking on a construction of Qizildash Cement Plant. The plant will be located in the territory of Garadagh district, one of the most industrial important areas of the country.
The production capacity of 5 000 tons of clinker per day and 2.000.000 tons per year gives the opportunity to become the largest cement production company within the South Caucasus and Caspian Region.
We are currently seeking for  HR Coordinator 
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Ensures HR strategy is followed in the plant
• Provides coaching to staff and follows quality, completeness and deadline for performance evaluation, target setting and individual development planning
• Ensures application of company policies in the plant
• Provides information about recruitment opportunities in Garadag region to support recruitment process.
• Prepares job descriptions for the positions in plant
• Controls vacations, medical leaves, logging time and attendance records
• Updates personnel information on a periodic basis and ensuring that records are up to date at all times.
• Supports HR Department in employee activities and events.
• Supports foreign employees with matters relating to accommodation, travel organization and other issues.
• Assists Human Resources and Administration Department in the development of related policies, new programs and services related to Human Resources and Administration.
• Provides administrative support in the preparation of correspondence, reports, schedules and various employee issues.
• Assists conducting surveys.
• Works closely with all the associates to ensure a positive work environment.
• Ensures that employee files are properly collected at site and all documentation is forwarded to the employee’s corporate file in Head Office.
• Provides advice and direction to management on the appropriate disciplinary action, including the preparation of documentation; investigates, mediates and proposes settlements of employee complaints and grievances.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA or Human Resources
• Minimum  3 years relevant work experience
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Azerbaijani.
• Knowledge of Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic and other legislations related to all HR issues.
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills
