Customer Care Supervisor

Will be responsible for Reservation and Telephone Operators Supervision

• Operators staff supervising & helping .

• Reservations for all our outlets through our hot line.

• Communicating between restaurants & outlet managers and head office team .

• Handling all complains issues .

• Supervise the delivery system & following up .

• Will be responsible for all guests data .

Requirements:-

• English language is a must .
• Any Bachelor degree
• Previous Experience in a hotels or big call centers .
