Urgently looking for a “Head of Technical Services” for an international NGO based in Karachi. Incumbent must have at least 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities include: Provide strategic and operational direction and support to Monitoring & Evaluation Teams, To help articulate a vision, conceptual framework, and strategy for behavior change communication and demand generation, etc.
